Structure Tone chose to utilize BIM to coordinate all disciplines and trades for the renovation of their primary office space in New York. CASE was brought in to provide direction, quality assurance and training to insure the success of this pilot BIM effort. CASE led weekly BIM coordination meetings between Structure Tone and the project design and construction teams: identifying conflicts, establishing methods of resolution and managing the successful completion of coordination goals. CASE also provided project-specific BIM authoring and training when needed by individual members of the project team. This project was used to established a benchmark that Structure Tone will use for their future BIM projects.
