Polshek Partnership Architects | Master Planning Project Revit Support

Polshek Partnership Architects hired CASE to support their use of building information modeling for a large master planning effort. Spatial program validation and its accurate graphic representation across a long term master plan is the focus of this project. CASE worked with the team to accurately model use-areas across several buildings in a large campus, while also designed the complex model structure. A comprehensive set of model specifications were also developed.

Beyond mapping existing conditions, the model is utilized to manage and visualize future master-planning options across several phases, outputting accurate and live square-footage data along-side 3-dimensional graphic representation of that very data. The model now serves as a key tool to manage all spatial validation information, affording the team an invaluable tool to support their design process and aiding their efforts to accurately represent changing programmatic data over time.
