CR Studio Architects, a design firm focused on high-end institutional, residential and retail projects, wanted to implement BIM on a variety of active projects. CASE provided firmwide training, standards and support, including BIM workflows and model quality assurance reviews. CASE focused on how BIM could be leveraged to provide value for a smaller design firm, with a wide range of project types and mixture of new construction and renovation. These BIM pilots included a series of residential loft renovations and the renovation of a 65,000 sq. ft. Audi showroom and service facility to reflect Audi’s global design standard. Through CASE’s proactive involvement with these projects, CR Studio was able to deliver these projects using BIM, with minimal impact to their design process and schedule.
