CASE was hired by Cannon Design’s New York office to support their emphasis on BIM and model-based project delivery. CASE supported Cannon’s single firm, multiple office approach through onsite project support on several large medical projects, coordinating a bi-coastal model management effort. CASE works with Cannon project teams to streamline time and resources, while also providing quality assurance and best practices. Team support was coupled with management-specific workshops, providing management with the ability to more critically assess manpower and project scheduling.
