Global Design Technology Strategy

As part of a firmwide BIM initiative, CASE was hired by Woods Bagot to develop a global design technology strategy for the organization. This effort built upon internal assessments and followed a detailed workshop-based approach. Over the course of three months, CASE led discussions with over 110 participants from 11 studios across all global regions and roles within the practice. This process resulted in a series of recommendations, addressing leadership, software, research, training, support, and knowledge management. The recommendations included detailed implementation stages and requirements to ensure the successful roll-out of the strategy across the entire organization.
