BIM Execution Planning

CASE works with clients to select technology, develop work plans and define deployment strategies for BIM in offices with a history of 2D and 3D CAD use. Since BIM is not specific to any one platform, meeting the diverse requirements of clients and projects may require the application of multiple technologies. CASE has experience developing custom BIM implementation plans for a range of client and project types with a focus on technology selection, workflow and change management.
