Owners and operators stand to gain the most from the application of building information in capital projects, but because the technologies and marketing have largely developed for design professionals and contractors, there’s still a lot of confusion as to how to best manage this process. Numerous owners, both large and small, are beginning to consider or require ‘BIM” as a portion of their design and construction deliverables, but few have the internal resources to define tangible goals from this process or determine that these goals are being met. CASE has the knowledge and experience to provide this resource. We work with building owners to understand their long-term capital goals and develop technology requirements that will support these goals. We then serve as a representative of the owner to insure that these goals are met by the project team. At the end of the project, CASE takes the mystery out of BIM and delivers real value for our clients.
